If you’re new here, welcome! Our meet the team series is a blog post series we created to give us the opportunity to introduce the faces behind the Spiff brand. A core tenet of Spiff culture is treating people with respect and counting on repeated games. That means, we put a lot of emphasis on relationships and getting to know each other.
It’s for that reason, we also think it’s important for our prospects, customers, and potential Spiff team members to also get to know the people that make up Spiff.
Let’s jump into this batch of Spiffers!
Kevin Carpenter, Senior Product Manager
Kevin is originally from the San Fernando Valley in Los Angeles, but came to Utah to go to college and never really left. He started in tech doing QA at a video game company in the L.A. area, and continued that work throughout school.
Although Kevin found identifying problems satisfying, working with developers and designers to solve the problems proved even better. After working for many years in software QA, Kevin jumped at an opportunity to become a product leader. Being a product leader enabled more product improvements, solved problems, and created happier customers. This path ultimately led Kevin to a career at Spiff.
Kevin is married and has three children – an 11 year-old daughter, and nine and seven year-old sons. In his free time, Kevin loves to hike, bike, play sports and video games, and rockhound.
