Applaud and/or Comment for Connected Learning Submissions for the Knight News Challenge!

The Knight Foundation’s Knight News Challenge accelerates media innovation by funding breakthrough ideas in news and information. The Knight Foundation views libraries as key for improving Americans’ ability to know about and to be involved with what takes place around them. The library has been a vital part of communities for centuries—as keepers of public knowledge, spaces for human connection, educators for the next generations of learners. While habits are changing, those needs have not. The Knight Foundation wants to discover projects that help carry the values of libraries into the future.

How might we leverage libraries as a platform to build more knowledgeable communities? is this year’s challenge, and several Connected Learning partners have submitted ideas that need your applause and/or comments.
